Evidesa provides evidence-based risk signals about Solana tokens for informational and research purposes. It is a tool to support your own investigation, not a substitute for it.

Nothing on Evidesa is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any token. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Evidesa does not warrant that findings are complete, accurate, current, or error-free, and relies on third-party and on-chain data that may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. See the limitations.

Reports incorporate data from third parties (for example, Solana RPC providers and DexScreener). Evidesa does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data, and inclusion of any token or source is not an endorsement.

You agree to use Evidesa lawfully and not to:

• Abuse, overload, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt or circumvent rate limits or protections.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the service or its providers.
• Misrepresent a report as a guarantee of safety, a scam verdict, or financial advice.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or mislead others, or for any unlawful purpose.

Evidesa is an evolving beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may modify or discontinue any part of it without notice.

The Evidesa name, the Evidence Dossier presentation, site design, and original text are owned by the operators of Evidesa. On-chain data and third-party data remain the property of their respective sources. You may share report links and quote findings with attribution; you may not copy the product’s design or text as your own.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evidesa and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or any report — including trading losses. Your use is at your own risk.

We may suspend or restrict access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time — including for abuse or to protect the service.

Operator and governing-law details are pending professional legal review and will be completed before broad public launch. Until then, these beta terms do not specify a binding jurisdiction or dispute venue.
